We provide Title 24 energy reports, also known as CF-1R documents, for all residential projects. This includes single family homes, multi-family buildings, ADUs, JADUs, townhomes, and more. Our energy analysis is performed with California approved compliance software and your report will be registered, making your submittal to the building department quick and easy.
We’ll work with you and consider all aspects of your project’s design in order to find the most energy efficient and cost effective way to get your project complying with the energy code.

We provide Title 24 services for all of California. Our service can be done solely online and does not require us to visit your project’s location. We’ll take the necessary steps to get your Title 24 report in compliance with the energy code and approved by your local building department.
